T&T Global Agency is implementing the "Warm Mid-Autumn Festival" program at Minh Tam Orphanage in District 12, Ho Chi Minh City, on September 17, 2023. Staff members created cartoon paper lanterns in fish and car shapes for the children, creating a joyful atmosphere.
